I realize that this builds on a recipe I’ve already posted for crab puffs, but I wanted to revisit this tasty dip. Tonight I needed to bring some appetizers over to the neighbor’s cottage and needed to use what I had in the fridge and pantry.
Here’s what I ended up with and got rave reviews:
Cucumber Crab Dip
Coarsely chop in food processor
4 green onions
6 oz. of canned crab meat
Also in the food processor, cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 t. salt
1 t. teriyaki sauce
1/2 t. soy sauce
1/2 t. crushed red pepper
Stir the vegetables and crab into the creamed cheese and serve on crackers or slices of baguette.
