Looking for some last minute ideas for cranberries for your Thanksgiving Dinner table? Here are a few of our favorites:

Kari’s Cranberry Walnut Relish Laura and I agree that this is our favorite cranberry relish. Kari is Laura’s sister-in-law and I get in on Laura’s coattails on this one! It’s great to serve with Thanksgiving dinner and it is a fabulous topping for a bagel with cream cheese the next morning!

Cranberry, Ginger & Pear Chutney This delicious chutney recipe comes from MY sister-in-law, Clair. Everything that comes out of Clair’s kitchen is worthy of note!

Cranberry Orange Relish #1 Also a recipe from Clair. This relish has fresh mint and jalapeno peppers in it as well as the usual cranberry relish suspects. The flavors are unusual and some of our favorite. If you’re tired of the same old same old cranberry relish, this definitely bears a try.

Cranberry Orange Relish #2 This is a little more traditional and very yummy.

Molded Cranberry Salad This isn’t actually a relish, but a molded jello salad that is loaded with cranberries. My friend, Beth, shared this one with me.

Somewhere….I have my mom’s recipe for a molded Cranberry Salad, but I can’t find it anywhere. I’ll keep looking and share it when I do find it.

Keep cooking!
