Thanksgiving leftovers:good ideas with a little help from our friends

I’ve been out browsing the interwebs for new ideas on Thanksgiving leftovers and want to pass along some of the wealth to you, our readers.

Large quantities of cranberries lead to large batches of relish

Be sure to check out our dear friend Kate’s leftover strategies at Kate in the Kitchen. Kate’s a great and thought writer as well as a brilliant foodie.  Especially check out her Turkey and Dried Cherry Pasta Salad.

Nicole, over at Pinch My Salt has some leftover turkey sandwich ideas that look delicious. As always, her photos are amazing and make me want to lick my computer screen.

Even though I have my own trusty recipe for potpie, I’d be remiss if I didn’t point you in the direction of the Pioneer Woman’s Turkey Potpie. In my book, Ree is the best food blogger in the universe.

I’m intrigued and inspired by Kalyn’s Turkey Lasagne with Sage and Three Cheeses. Recipe Girl’s Turkey Tetrazzini looks tasty too. (And while you’re over there on RecipeGirl.com, check out her Black Friday cookies….oh MY!)

lots of leftover cranberry relish

My friend Sarah has a Thanksgiving Leftover Blog Carnival over at her place you should check out.

I am very excited to find the recipe by Two Peas and their Pod for leftover cranberry sauce muffins. I have a TON of leftover cranberry goodness this year!

Last, but not least, I found Turkey Enchiladas by Elise on Simply Recipes. Yummmmmm! Any chance I get to turn food down the path of Mexican…I love it!

Of course, there’s our own list of Thanksgiving Leftover ideas.

I figure that with any luck, it’ll be DAYS before I need to actually go grocery shopping!
